Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound. Opens onto Art Nouveau decorative endpapers. The only real condition point to note with the contents is some spotting to the outside edges (see photos). Has a bright red ribbon tucked in as a place marker. Cream cloth covered boards have red and green decoration to the front and spine. All in top order and remarkably clean and bright for a light coloured antique book of this age.

In good condition this copy of Our Beautiful Homeland: Hereford; Chester; Oxford; Warwick and Leamington. With many lovely colour illustrations painted by Ernest Haslehurst. This is a wonderful part of the country and the paintings are charming (see gallery). In addition to the colour plates there are black and white illustrated chapter headers and plans of Chester and Hereford cathedral. Undated but would have been published in the 1910s by Gresham Publishing Company Ltd of London.
