Danish Bacon: the Experts' Choice.  This little cooking calendar from the Danish Bacon Factories Export Association outlines what you can cook each month of the year, As they write...'Fry it, or grill it, boil it or bake...The pictures show how it will look once it is cooked (not good!).  Apparently according to the association 'It inspires well-known cookery experts like Elizabeth Craig, Helen Burke, Betty Coy and Margaret Alcorn to create special bacon dishes.
